Our restaurant “Bodega Dongonzalo” is located in the room of the ancient winepress of the house, where in the past the wine for the owner family of the finca was made. The winepress has been conserved in its original state and you can still see where formerly the grapes were pressed.
Nowadays, after being converted into a restaurant, you can enjoy in the rustic ambience of the building’s inside or outside on the terrace, dishes like stewed chinstrap of veal with potato apple gratin, carved sirloin steak from the grill or special free-range fried eggs “Dongonzalo” style. The perfect place to enjoy in pleasant company an assortment of Canarian cheeses with home-made jams, or the famous smoked salmon from Uga with one of the typical Lanzarote wines. Tapas, salads and small, creative dishes complete the menu.
